The Creator Partner manages relationships with the agency's roster of creators/influencers, acting as their primary point of contact and talent manager. This role signs new influencers to the agency, spots emerging talent early, nurtures relationships with already-signed creators, negotiates deals on their behalf, and ensures creators are matched to the right brand opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationships with a roster of creators/talent already signed to the agency
Recruit and sign new influencers and creators to join the agency's roster
Spot emerging talent early, identifying creators with strong growth potential before they break out
Match creators to relevant brand campaigns and negotiate deal terms on their behalf
Support creators with content planning, brand alignment, and career growth
Coordinate contracts, payments, and deliverable tracking for talent
Act as liaison between creators and the Influencer Marketing/Account Management teams
Monitor creator performance, growth, and audience trends across platforms
Requirements & qualifications
3+ years of experience in talent management, creator partnerships, or influencer relations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and nurture trust-based, long-term relationships with creators
A sharp eye for spotting emerging talent and assessing growth potential
Experience negotiating contracts and deal terms
Understanding of the creator economy, content monetization, and platform dynamics
Highly organized, able to manage multiple talent relationships simultaneously
Discreet and professional in handling sensitive talent matters
